White Bulao green beans are bluish-white, stringless, and tender. Although they appear white and old, they are actually very tender. The beans are relatively large, and the pods have a loose texture, allowing them to absorb broth easily during cooking, resulting in a soft, tender, and flavorful taste.
Asian cucumber is a traditional cucumber variety with obvious prickles on its surface. It has small flesh, few seeds, thick flesh, and a crisp, tender, and juicy texture. It can be eaten raw, in salads, or used in soups, and is especially suitable for pickling.

Our Farm Store
Right in front of our greenhouse is a vibrant farm store where vegetables and fruits picked directly from the greenhouse are sold. It's the closest place to being freshly harvested. If freshness is important to you, you won't find fresher vegetables and fruits in other places.
Our farm store also sells prepared foods, such as sausages and roast chicken, cooked in our own farm kitchen, without any additives or preservatives.
About Us
The Champion Farm was established in January 2019. It began with two wishes from its founders: first, to enjoy freshly picked fruits and vegetables which have naturally ripen—even while living in the city; and second, to try those delicious varieties that are no longer available in supermarkets.
We have built 7.5 acres of greenhouses because Vancouver’s summers are short and its annual temperatures are low. If grown outdoors, fruits and tomatoes would not have enough time to ripen, and many vegetables would have only a brief growing season. By combining greenhouse cultivation with the region’s natural climate, we are able to supply locally grown produce from March to November.
